Janice brings to Tango Therapeutics nearly 20 years of experience bridging research, drug development, and business strategy. Before joining Tango to oversee the company’s portfolio strategy, Janice served as Vice President Global Asset Lead at Arvinas, where she was responsible for leading cross-functional development teams and progressing early programs into late-stage development. Prior to Arvinas, Janice was Vice President Global Program Head at MorphoSys, and before that, held leadership roles at Constellation Pharmaceuticals, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Celgene Corporation.

Janice received her PhD in Oncology from the University of Alberta, Cross Cancer Institute and her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Alberta.
